The interest rate has been kept at 0.5% for several years now and things do not seem to be improving with the recession and recent loss of the countries credit rating are there other things that could be done? Like this article says if a doctor prescribed medication and that patient wasnt getting better they wouldnt continue with the same medicine but look at other option, surely the country needs to do this to try and boost the economy and help people to budget and save money. What do you think?
